Yes, to ensure a mature and deeply transformative experience, Bamboo Lumina welcomes women aged 21 and over. This allows us to cultivate a space where every participant is ready for the profound personal growth, community connection, and mindful exploration the retreat offers.

Bamboo Lumina will proceed only with a minimum of four women. We believe in the power of collective energy and connection, and this ensures a supportive and enriching experience for all participants.
